Mutual Trust Title opened its doors back in 1993. Originally Miriam Gilmore the owner and president, worked for different attorneys and Title Companies as a File Opener, Processor, Junior examiner all the way to Closer, Funder and Post Closer. In other words Miriam learned and practiced closing from beginning to end. She enjoyed the challenges of the work and created business relations with many realtor and loans officers. Soon after she decided to start her own title company at the ripe age of 21.

Today over a decade later the business is still going strong and has grown and been recognized as one of the leading privately owned Title Insurance Agencies in South Florida.
